Jordon Souza leads our Central Tennessee branch with over 15 years of customer service expertise and a proven track record of successfully managing over $12 million in restoration claims. With his guidance, you can trust that Jordon and his team will navigate you through the entire claims process with ease, ensuring your comfort and confidence every step of the way.

Oversees daily operations, manages restoration claims, and ensures exceptional customer service.

Sales Representative, American Roofing Company (2019-2020):

Developed and executed sales strategies, built strong relationships with clients, and drove revenue growth through restoration claims management.

Canvassing Manager, Midtown Home Improvements (2017-2019):

Successfully managed canvassing teams, broke company records in production, and consistently delivered high-quality results.

Industry Experience:

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve had the privilege of working my way up from a labor hand to a managing partner. My journey began at 15 years old, working on masonry projects, and eventually leading crews in various construction and remodeling tasks.
 
At 23, I transitioned into sales and business development, where I discovered my natural ability to communicate with homeowners and provide tailored solutions. This led to opportunities with companies like Midtown Home Improvements and Custom Incorporated, where I successfully opened and managed outside sales divisions.
 
In 2017, I relocated to Nashville, TN, and joined Masterstucco, bidding on residential and commercial projects. Later, I worked as a canvassing manager at Midtown Home Improvements, breaking company records and excelling in production.
 
My experience in restoration, particularly with storm-related projects funded by insurance, led me to American Roofing Company. After a successful stint, I was offered a managing partner role with Gold Medal Roofing Company, where I currently oversee operations.
 
As a managing partner, I’m committed to upholding core values like integrity, transparency, and customer satisfaction. My goal is to provide stress-free experiences for our clients, from navigating insurance processes to delivering top-notch restoration services.
 
On a personal note, I’m a proud husband and father of four beautiful children. My priorities are rooted in my faith, family, and finances, which enables me to genuinely tend to our customers’ needs and ensure their satisfaction.
